    Police commend 287 bankers for saving customers

    Recently, the police commended 287 bank employees for their efforts in preventing many incidents of customer fraud. These bank employees actively participated in the work of the Anti-Fraud Coordination Center and successfully saved the properties of many customers by cooperating with the police and other agencies.

    The Anti-Fraud Coordination Center was established in July 2017 to strengthen cooperation among all walks of life in combating fraud activities. As of December 2023, through close cooperation with the banking industry, the center has successfully discouraged 915 fraud cases identified by bank staff and assisted the police in arresting 708 fraudsters.
